Colouring with Copics

I've been having a lot of fun today trying out my new Copics that I bought at the Big Stamp and Scrapbooking Show yesterday at Ally Pally. They are a beautiful pen to use and I can see why everyone raves about them. The colour just seems to glide onto the card with ease but I still have a lot to learn about blending. I am limited by the amount of colours that I have in my set - they are all primary colours but I also bought two skin tone ones as well. I am using the light skin tone to blend in my colours but have decided I really need a colourless blender so have been back on e-bay tonight and bought a colourless blender along with a few more markers of pastel colours so I can have a wider colour range.

I have also used my cosmic shimmer mists on the background - I haven't got used to spraying it because it came out blobby and a bit too heavy. Still, all in all, a good day crafting.
