This card is made entirely using my Silhouette. I cut the border strips at the bottom on it and even managed to weld and mat the name, Kaia. I cut the little flowers and balloons and Happy Birthday as well. I went over the flowers with Glossy Accents and then set a sequin in the centre. I threaded thread with beads to hang from the balloons.
